The JUBAP (Jump Up Business Action Plan) was originally developed as zero-overload transformation Framework for Nestlé in 2014. Since then, it has supported transformation missions across public institutions, private enterprises, communities and international organizations.

Development of Phylon Architecture, a proprietary deep-learning and self-explainable suite with early-warning detection of regime shifts for decision support in unstable, high-stakes environments.

JUBAP.Net applies cybersecurity as an embedded engineering principle across mission-critical operations, not as an external control layer added after design.

Rooted in Nokia infrastructure and operations environments, this capability integrates secure-by-design architecture, risk governance, crisis response, compliance alignment and operational continuity into the design and stabilization of complex systems.

The approach combines advanced cybersecurity certifications, standards-based practices and real-world experience in high-pressure situations where security, availability, traceability and operational control must remain coherent under stress.

2005–2013 | Formación Integral — Distributed Human Infrastructure
Formación Integral build an early edtech platform in Latin America, with 70+ courses and distributed expert coordination and cyber-schools models for fragmented, remote and low connectivity areas. 

2005–2013 | Corbera Networks — Distributed Operational Intelligence
Corbera Networks deployed a platform that fully digitized PEMEX logistics throught concessionaire´s operations integrating fleet assignment, field tracking, satellite connectivity, maintenance and purchasing into unified control-center, improving efficiency and reducing incident exposure in mission-critical industry.

2013–2018 | Acción Integral — Adaptive Systems at Enterprise Scale
Acción Integral deployed a regional logistics intelligence system for tourism operations, coordinating hotels, resellers, agencies, theme parks and bus operators through dynamic vehicle routing and allocation under committed-demand, hard-constraint conditions, serving around 15,000 concurrent passengers.

2018–Present | JUBAP.net — Frontier Operations Intelligence
JubAp.net deployed adaptive DeFi intelligence capabilities for liquidity management, early-warning detection and regime-shift response, applied to liquidity-pool allocation and distributed wallet-level coordination.

The Integral Management Society


The Integral Management Society ( IMSV.org ) is a Swiss frontier institution based in Geneva, with a long-term multidimensional practice on adaptive systems through research, engineering, transformation, preservation and transmission.

JubAp.net participates with IMSV.org primarily throught Frontier Engineering Circle; collaborating in two ways: first, as an execution arm for selected pilots and implementations; second, as a source of field-tested know-how, documentation and frontier solutions generated by our R&D center and operations team.

Selected methods, architectures and capabilities developed by JubAp.net may be transferred to IMSV.org for stewardship, archival preservation, independent validation, agnostic reformulation and extraction of underlying scientific principles. When appropriate, IMSV.org may transform these capabilities into frameworks, publications or selective open-source/community-accessible assets.

JubAp.eu is an independent Europe-based entity closely connected to JubAp.net. It supports our international delivery, back-office coordination, organizational transformation and GRC capabilities.

JUBAP.org is a key joint initiative developed between JubAp.net, JubAp.eu and IMSV.org: an adaptive transformation framework for organizations operating under complexity, stakeholder pressure and resistance to change.

Tegrity.AI is another key initiative, initially based on JubAp.net work, focused on structural awareness in adaptive systems and the development of AI integrity frameworks.

JubAp.us in the U.S. is mantained by JubAp.net and is based in San Francisco, CA. It functions as a regional operational deployment and integration unit, enabling distributed transformation execution, cross-border coordination and knowledge transfer across the Americas.
