Distributed Mobility Operating System
Cities, authorities and operators already hold the data, the fleets, the routes and the channels. What is added is the layer that turns them into coordinated decisions, in real time.
What changes now
Twenty years of custom systems, brought into a new distributed mobility category
Mission-critical custom systems at large scale. Airports, experimental transport mega-projects, regional dynamic orchestration, supply-chain process mining for corporations. Each one built, delivered and operated.
The same core and the same discipline, adapted to European cities, campuses, corridors and operators rather than rebuilt for each.
Three parts, each complete in itself. None of them waits for the others, and each is at a different point in its life.
Regime awareness
The core coordinates tens of thousands of agents, and did so in 2016. That ceiling is real. Regime awareness, the Tegrity.ai workstream, is what raises it.
Orchestration add-on
Integrations already built and deployed against several operating systems. Optional by design: the control centre works without them, and each one adds precision rather than being a precondition.
Control centre
Built and operated. The work now is to take a proven system and make it repeatable: deployment, support, security, multi-operator governance. Nothing to invent: everything to harden.
Control centre · the operating view
European demonstration over Valencia. The street geometry and the source figures are open data; the operating values are generated.
Selected commissions
National infrastructure. International airports. Luxury groups.
| Period | Commission |
|---|---|
| 2006 | A national energy programmeMission-critical logistics intelligence. Self-funded phase by phase, returning before it cost. |
| 2015 – 2016 | An international airportSlot and gate control, in live operation, while the airport kept running. |
| 2016 – 2017 | A regional transport operatorDynamic orchestration of a daily commercial operation at regional scale. |
| 2025 | A multi-maison luxury groupSupply-chain process mining across the maisons. |

Origin
European distributed mobility
Where the line begins, and the reason the system carries the name it carries.
NOKIA DISTRIBUTED MOBILITYBarcelona · 1999–2004
The work was distributed mobility: social networking, instant messaging and location services, built in Barcelona from 1999. Facebook was founded in 2004, Google Maps launched in 2005, the iPhone in 2007. On the organisation chart the centre was the Wireless Application Development Center.
The centre was closed in 2003 and wound down through 2004. The team has been building distributed systems ever since, logistics intelligence, airport control, regional orchestration, and the name carries over from the work it started.
