The idea

Organizational transformation does not arrive alone. It arrives with human transformation.

A company changes when the people inside it can see and do what they could not before. That is why our organizational work is paired with a discipline of human transformation — and why both live inside the same philosophy: Nueva Perspectiva.

Mindfulness is often what people notice first, but it is only one instrument. Human transformation is the broader practice: transpersonal coaching, experiential work, deep personal retreats, emotional intelligence and conscious attention — chosen and combined for the situation. The aim is never a pleasant experience that fades. It is a genuine change of perspective that lets a person locate their own blockages, see new options, and act.

Some leap actions sit in plain sight for years and never look actionable — buttons you could have pressed all along but did not see. Only a real change of perspective makes them visible. Changing the person so they can change perspective is human transformation.

An organizational leap is, in practice, a selection of specific button actions. Some are obvious to anyone. Others become obvious only after the people involved have shifted how they see. Human transformation is what turns that second, hidden set of actions from invisible into executable. That is its precise role inside the system.

A new perspective does not add actions. It lets you finally see the ones that were always there.

These are the instruments the practice draws on and combines — examples, adapted to the person and the setting, always secular and never tied to any belief. Mindfulness is one of them, not the whole.

Grupo ADO & AICM

At ADO (Poza Rica, 2011) the conscious-attention programme targeted self-esteem, ethics and creativity, and the unit went on to win two consecutive ADO National Quality Awards. At Mexico City International Airport, the workshops ran across ~1,200 workers and produced 271 concrete change initiatives — including the Pink Bracelet (later generalized as a Travel Companion feature) and platform status-lights.

And it was proven the hard way: against productivity, blind

At a PEMEX hydrocarbon-transport concessionaire (~35,000 km²), indicators were measured by GPS while workers were unaware a study was running — so the data could not be gamed. The practising group moved sharply against a near-flat control group:

Measured as prior-year baseline vs. the three months after the programme. Individual change was tracked with standard instruments (the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale); organizational effect through objective operational indicators.

How to engage it

Complementary, never obligatory — and able to stand alone

Human transformation lives inside the JUBAP adaptive system as the engine of its UP movement. But it is not a mandatory add-on, and it is not bolted on by default.

It is offered when the leap an organization needs depends on actions that only become visible after a genuine change of perspective. And because it is a complete, field-tested system in its own right, it can also be engaged independently — for a team, a leadership group, an SME or an individual — whether or not a wider JUBAP transformation is underway.

One last distinction: we have given many talks and conferences, including motivational ones — but this is not motivation, and we are not motivators. Where a motivational session fades, human transformation is built to leave behind a changed perspective, a changed behaviour, and a result that holds.
