In high-end luxury, event management and demand intelligence sit at the core of how value is created.

Demand management is not only a forecasting exercise. It is the art of deciding where to place scarcity, how many pieces to produce, which markets receive which allocations, and which clients are allowed to know that certain products exist.

Event management operates on the same axis. A private event is a highly orchestrated environment where the guest list, the information revealed, the product selection and the experience itself are strategic decisions.
