The unit converts proven orchestration know-how into a startup product line addressing mobility cost, congestion, emissions, accessibility, fleet utilisation and operational resilience, while keeping research, lineage evidence and PoC work clearly separated.

Modernize, package and scale the Mobility OS for cities, campuses, resorts, operators and institutional ecosystems.
Consortium capability
Present JubAp.EU / OÜ JUBAP as the productization and leadership entity for a capability network that may include JubAp.Net and Tegrity.AI as supporting lineage and research contributors.
Research extension
Develop DeepRAP and regime-awareness as future architecture, without overstating current validation.
